The students of St. Edmund’s School, Jawahar Nagar, participated in the “International Youth Festival” organized by CMS School, Lucknow. The event was held between 3rd Dec to 7th Dec 2022. It was a mega event as 60 teams from all over India and 17 teams from other countries including Nepal, Sri Lanka & Russia participated.
The impacting performance by Kriti Gupta took her to the top 15 in the debate competition and outstanding performances by the students Shubham Kumar and Srishti Patel were bestowed by 2nd prize in digital comics. The energy of the overall team throughout the event procured a special award of “The Most Enthusiastic Team”. It was a huge platform for all the students to explore on a global scale and to be encouraged.
It was a wonderful opportunity for the students to perform under the guidance of our school teachers Ms Nidhi Khandelwal and Ms Pallavi Bhagchandani with great zeal and enthusiasm, the whole programme was a good source of motivation.
