National Sports Day, celebrated annually on August 29th to honor the birth anniversary of hockey legend Major Dhyan Chand, serves as a reminder of the importance of sports in a student's life. St. Edmund's School, Jawahar Nagar, marked this occasion by organizing a vibrant celebration, reinforcing the value of physical education and the spirit of sportsmanship among its students.

Students from different classes participated in a variety of sports, including volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, and netball. The competitions were fierce yet friendly, showcasing the students' athletic skills and team spirit.
