Sanitisation done as a Precautionary Measure against COVID-19

As a precautionary measure against COVID-19, the entire school was sanitized by mopping the school with sodium hypochlorite. Along with Corona Virus Sanitisation, updated security arrangements are made. Director of the school Dr Sudhir Kumar Singh ensured effective sanitisation of school keeping in view the safety of all the staff, teachers and students in the school.

Rajasthan's only School that received prestigious Green School Award from Centre for science and environment

We are extremely honoured to announce that St.Edmund’s school, Jawahar Nagar received the most prestigious Green row award from Centre for science and environment at the Award ceremony held in New Delhi. The school is the only one all over Rajasthan to be bestowed with this award. It was received by school Deputy Director Mr.Kapil Singh and Joint Director Dr.Mrs.Pooja Singh. This outstanding achievement is the continuous and enthusiastic involvement of students and staff in Green practices.

Students participated in Jaipur Literature Festival

We congratulate Purva Sharma, Pari Jain and Divyanshu Agarwal of standard XI, The students of St. Edmunds School Jawahar Nagar, willingly volunteered in The Jaipur Literature Festival, or JLF is an annual literary festival which takes place in the Indian city of Jaipur each January. It is the world's largest free literary festival. Around 300 speakers were present at the Festival. The students got the chance to meet such famous personalities like Dia Mirza, Manish Malhotra, Sachin Pilot, Åsne Seierstad, Abhijit Bannerji and many more famous personalities.

Students bring Laurel in Asian Muaythai championship organized by UAE government and Asian Olympic at Abu Dhabi

Naman Sharma, a class XI student of St Edmund's School, Jawahar Nagar won a Bronze medal in Asian Muaythai championship organized by UAE government and Asian Olympic at Abu Dhabi.

Annual Sports Meet 2019

On 20th December 2019, St Edmund’s School, Jawahar Nagar organised Annual Sports event in Rajasthan University Sports Complex under the Fit India Campaign “Body fit, mind hit” for the students to showcase their athletic abilities, self-confidence and winning spirit.
The event commenced with the School director Mr Sudhir Singh, joint director Dr Pooja Singh and Principal Mrs Anu Bhatia welcoming the esteemed chief guest Mr Ram Chandra Pilaniya who is a district Education Officer (Shiksha Sankul).

Students of St. Edmunds Jawahar Nagar created history by creating the graphic novel

The promising students of St. Edmund's School, Jawahar Nagar have taken a unique initiative by creating the first graphic novel on the French Revolution. With the continuous support of the School Deputy Director Mr Kapil Singh, Joint director Dr Pooja Singh and School Principal Mrs Anu Bhatia, staff and students all this was made possible. Students have demonstrated their intellectual prowess by creating a graphic novel of the French Revolution, embodying unimaginable work.

State level IRC-10 robotic competition

St.Edmunds ATL lab which has been the vision of school Dy. Director Mr Kapil Singh has hosted one of Asia's biggest state-level robotics competition i.e IRC league 10
More than 66 contestants from eighteen teams participated in the competition. The competition was divided into three categories - Junior, Middle and Senior
The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp after which the students presented their robotic talent to the members of the jury according to their intellectual capacity in various categories.

Honi Arora got 5th position in the country in National School Chess Championship

Honi Arora, a class VIII student of St Edmund’s School, Jawahar Nagar brought laurels to the school by grabbing 5th position in 9th National school chess championship 2019, held at Aurangabad. This event was a special milestone for all the 1000 chess masters present there competing with each other.
School Principal Mrs Anu Bhatia congratulated and motivated him to participate in more and more such prestigious competitions and wished him good luck for future endeavours
