St. Edmund’s School, Jawahar Nagar is proud to announce that Ashutosh Sharma is Jaipur City topper in Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojna examination(KVPY), a National scholarship exam conducted by II Sc, Bangalore initiative to encourage students to take up careers in the Sciences. He is entitled to a scholarship of 80,000/-Pa.
School Joint Director Dr. Pooja Singh Congratulated him for his sheer hard work and dedication.

St.Edmund’s Jawahar Nagar organised interesting Magic shows for students of pre-primary and primary classes. The magician presented intriguing tricks that left the students and teachers spellbound. He told them that magic is only an illusion of the eyes and simple hand-tricks. Kids enjoyed the magic show. Magician played tricks with balls, handkerchief and flowers. Children could not stop their excitement and were enthralled to see them.

Travel expands your horizons and school life cannot be complete without the fun of educational tours and excursions. Keeping this in mind a 4-day educational tour was organised by St. Edmund’s school Jawahar Nagar, during which the students visited Amritsar and Dharamshala. The students enthusiastically participated in the Atari border retreat ceremony. After that, they visited the golden temple, and Jallianwala Bagh to pay homage to the innocent ones killed during the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Students learned about various historical, religious and cultural values.
The next day the group went to Mcloedganj where the students first visited Bhagsu waterfall for an evening trek that was a blissful experience for everyone. On the last day of the trip a bonfire party was organised, that was utterly enjoyed by the students, staff, and teachers.
All in all, it was a perfect blend of fun and learning and a very enriching experience for all the student.

Students of St. Edmunds school, Jawahar Nagar Jaipur participated in Nirant organised by Jawahar Kala Kendra Jaipur ( an international art and cultural Centre which nurtures art, artists, host music recitals, seminars and renowned exhibitions throughout the year ) to celebrate its foundation day.
Edmundites exhibited their innovative ideas through their artwork on the doodle wall in which they were engaged vigorously.
It gives an opportunity for students to try their hands on the doodle wall. The students greatly enjoyed participated in the activity, which gave them an opportunity to widen their imagination and to develop and strengthen their creative skills. and they were also shown children movie “Chakkad Bakkad Bumbe Bo” which focused on gender inequality.

St. Edmund’s School, Jawahar Nagar, organised a fun, interactive as well as informative evening with an astronomy night camp which provided a good platform for students to view the night sky.
The event focussed on exploring galaxies, stars and planets and showing different wonders found in our solar system through a telescope.
Students were carried away by seeing the craters of the moon, rings of Saturn and satellites of Jupiter etc.. and were overjoyed to see the binary stars.
This camp ignited an excitement within the students that could lead them into further studies.
Lastly, School Joint director Dr Pooja Singh and Principal Mrs Anu Bhatia assured the parents that the school will continue to organize such knowledgeable programs from time to time.
