Director Academics,St. Edmund’s school Jawahar Nagar, Mrs. Meena Singh has been awarded 'L.M.ESHWAR BORN TO EDUCATE' award by L.M.ESHWAR FOUNDATION at Mahima Panorama, Jagatpura on the occasion of International Women's Day.
It was a moment of great pride and joy for whole of the EDMUND'S family at the felicitation ceremony.

St. Edmund's school,Jawahar Nagar got "Silver Level Award" for setting up "Wealth out of waste" a student enterprise team, by "Teach a Man to Fish" for actively developing enterpreneurial skills in the students.

St. Edmund’s school Jawahar Nagar gathered to bid farewell to the outgoing class XII batch. The day was a fiesta devoted to the years spent together with friends and teachers to reminisce joyous moments.

The function began with the Garlanding ceremony of Lord Ganesh by the School Director Dr. Sudhir Singh which was preceded by the glimpses of the beautiful journey of the outgoing batch. An incredible dance item presented by class XI students was well applauded. Following the event, the juniors gave a chance to senior to re live their school life by their mesmerizing dance and band performance. The function was taken over by senior students and they presented titles to the teachers. Some doyens were fecilitated with special titles such as Best in academics, best in sports, Mr. & Ms. Farewell and the most important title “Edmundite of the year Award” which was grabbed by Vidushi Kotia

St. Edmund’s school Jawahar Nagar, Jaipur organized annual sports week in which students preprimary to senior secondary had participated. The event began with the march past undertaken by the commander with band members followed by Deputy Head boy and head girl, cultural captains as well as four houses –Shaurya, Parakaram, Veer, Shakti. This was preceded with torch lighting by sports captain. The oath was undertaken by School Director Mr. Sudhir Singh and the captains as well as students solemnly pledged to uphold the spirit of true sportsmanship. The principal declared the meet open. An enchanting dance performance of students preceded the track and field events. Different types of sports were conducted for the students as per their class and age such as honey bee race, happy feet, and Ready steady go for preprimary students.
Train race, dog in the bone, dodge ball, rope skipping and long jump for primary students.
Seven stones, kabaddi and kho-kho for middle section. Relay race, leg cricket, long jump, basketball, volleyball, throw ball. It was a delight to see the excitement with which children participated in various sports.
The young achievers were awarded with the medals by the Principal who highly appreciated each sports star and applauded the visionary element of the school which nurtures and develops their potential in the sports field.

The trophy for the leading house was bagged by Veer House.

The week ended with a cheerful note, heralding the year 2018, also filled with promises for all young sports enthusiasts.

Kanishka Saini of grade VIII of St. Edmund’s school Jawahar Nagar proved herself as a shining star as her project got selected out of 2 lakh entries under the National Funancial quest from the National stock exchange India.
On the 19 January, 2018 Kanishka was felicitated with a tablet, a gold medal, a certificate and a winner trophy at NSE Mumbai.
The project was based on making underprivileged people aware of savings measures such as opening accounts in banks, using various applications for cashless transactions etc. Kaniska was guided by two of her teachers Mrs Poonam Singh and Mrs Apoorva Sharma.
